Seldom have I missed any of their activities.

"What I like best about the community are the people. I believe they are very generous and the amount of time, energy and funds that they have donated to meet the needs of this community, is absolutely amazing! I also believe that this is a small community, regardless of the number of people that live here and I say that wherever you go, you will run into friends. My kids claim that everybody in town knows me, and I tell them to remember that, because if they ever got into trouble, I would know before they got home!

Opening Sutter Community Bank has been a real learning experience. I knew banks were regulated, and to a high degree, but I did not realize how much regulation there was when you start up a new entity. Seeing the bank open after over 18 months of my involvement was a great feeling."
